434 <br />Lots numbered 10 and 11 Part of Lincoln Plaza Addition and Lots number- <br />ed 14 and 22, Chicago Plaza Addition. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of February <br />and on the 10th day of February, 1956 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the Record. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of February, <br />1956 at 10:00 A.M. (CST) will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested{ <br />in or affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 30th day of January, 1956. <br />R. S. Andrysiak <br />Irving J. Smith <br />Prank J. Bru g� ner !` <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY <br />Mr. Lloyd James Clark, 2201 N. Hollyhock, South Bend, Indiana appeared <br />before the Board with reference to a taxi -cab license and requesting permission to be <br />able to pick up passengers in South Bend and deliver to Roseland. The.Board hereby grants <br />permission to said Lloyd James Clark to pick up passengers in South Bend and return only; <br />to Roseland and not within the limits of the City of South Bend. <br />The time now being 11:00, it was so announced and the bids for the Street <br />Department were opened: Proof of publication in the South Bend Tribune on the 20th and <br />27th of January, 1956 was submitted to the Board with an affidavit signed by C. G. Liven <br />good of the South Bend Tribune as to notice of bid. Also, proof of publication of. the <br />Record on the 20th and 27th of January, 1956 accompanined by an affidavit signed by W. <br />DeCanio showing notice of bids was submitted to the Board.
