W1 • 11 n • 0 VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 28210 1956 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA That is is desirable to vacate the following: No. 1. All of 28th Street extending South from the South Line of Pleasant Street to the North line of Northside Boulevard, also No. 2. All of the alley between Lots 47 and 48 in said Twin City Subdivision ex- tending West from the West line of 28th Street to the East line of the North and South alley immediately West of said Lots. No. 3. All of the alley between Lots 52 and 53 in said Twin City Subdivision ex- tending West from the West line of 28th Street to the East line of the North and South alley immediately West of said Lots. No. 4. All of that part of the alley immediately South of Lot Numbered 58 in said Twin City Subdivision extending West from the West line of 28th Street to a point One Hundred (100) feet West of the West line of 28th Street. No. 5. All of the alley between Lots Numbered 78 and 79 in said Twin City Subdi- vision extending East from the East line of 28 th Street to the West line of the North and South alley immediately East of said Lots. No. 6. All of the alley between Lots Numbered ?3 and 74 in said Twin City Subdi- vision extending East from the East line of 28th Street to the West line of the North and South alley immediately East of said Lots. No. 7. All of the alley between Lots Numbered 68 and 69 in said Twin City Subdi- vision extending East from the East line of 28th Street to the West line of the North and South alley immediately East of said Lots. No. 8. All of that part of the alley extending East from the East line of 28th Street immediately South of Lot Numbered 65 to a point Fifty-five (55) feet East of the East line of 28th Street. This Vacation subject to the retention of all Utility easements also an easement 20 feet wide should be centered on and above a Sewer in 28th Street. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lots Numbered 30 to 103 inclusive Plat of Twin City Realty Co., Subdivision of Lot "C" in River Park within the City of South Bend, Indiana. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 27 day of day of February, 1956 in the South Bend Tribune and The Record. January and the 3rd This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 14th day of February, 1956 at 10:00 A.M.
