Yr. Russell Kuehl has approved the release of <br />453,380.87, and the Indemnity Insurance Company of North American has also consented <br />to the release of this amount which is now being held by the City of South Bend, Indiana,; <br />fand the Board accordingly directed the payment of 80% of th6 retained percentage. <br />j' The Board also approved Contract Supplement No. 23, of Contract No. 11-52-137 <br />Sollitt Construction Company, Contractor, for Sewage Treatment Plant, upon the recommen-� <br />dation of Consoer, Townsend & Associates, dated December 20, 1955. j <br />Supplement No. 5, Contract No. 6A, Falcon Marine Contractor, under date of <br />!December 21, 1955, upon the recommendation of Consoer, Townsend & Associates, consultingj! <br />'engineers, was also approved by the Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 4:30 P.M. <br />At to st : <br />Acting Clerk <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
