<br />A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was held in the office of the Board,
<br />Tuesday, at 10:00 A. M. Mr. J. A. Bickel was absent.
<br />The Board first examined and passed for payment the following claim:
<br />Sollitt Construction Company ................. $38,711.39
<br />The Board next considered the report of Chas. W. Cole & Son, consulting engineers,
<br />in the matter of the bid opened in regular meeting of Monday, December 19, 1955, from
<br />Niles Excavating Company for the construction of combined sanitary and storm sewer in
<br />Beverley Place, under Improvement Resolution No. 2820, and awarded the bid to Niles
<br />Excavating Company.
<br />The Board then examined and accepted the recommendation of Consoer, Townsend &
<br />Associates, consulting engineers, in the matter of Supplement to Supplement No. 11,
<br />Contract No. 11-52-137, Sollitt Construction Cog, Inc., contractor, and affixed
<br />their signatures in approval thereto.
<br />Upon the recommendation of Consoer, Townsend & Associates, consulting engineers,
<br />the Board approved Contract Supplement No. 22, for the construction of the Service
<br />Garage Building for the Sewage Treatment Plant, under Contract No. 11-52-137,
<br />Sollitt Construction Co., Inc., contractor.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
<br />at 10:30 A. M.
