341 6--A June 13, 1955 A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, June 13, 1955.9 at 10:00 A. M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous regular meeting and also special meeting were"read and approved. Roelke, Engineer, for the Mae Arthur Avenue sewer, from Rockne ;!Drive to Lot 9 in the Edison Park Second Addition. The Board next examined and approved the following dedication - D E D I C A T I O N • — — — — — — — — — — WHEREAS, a plat with dedication of highways indicated thereon is now presented to 'the Board, to be known as Huffmants First Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, ;and this plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public Works and ''Safety, and recorded in Book No. Page No. , in the Recorderts Office of St. Joseph County. Perley & Rushts Plat of Park Place, an Addition , to the City of South Bend, the signing of agreement to be entered into with the property; owners thereof, and the approval of the appraisal report prepared by Russell Oberlin in this connection. f �4 ENTRY OF PETITION PRESENTED • 1 The Board 'of Public Works and Safety hereby receives and places on file the Petition of Wellington Cone and ten others for the improvement on 35th Street, from Jefferson Boulevard north to as far as sewer construction is possible.
