Walter Glass then appeared before the Board and reported the failure of <br />any progress being made, or any indication of intention, on the part of Eugene A. Ham <br />to comply with the City ordinance governing the maintenance of junk yards within the <br />city limits. <br />Then appeared before the Board, Ernest W. Young, Architect, accompanied by Mr. <br />Bert T. Anderson, representing the Sherland Building Corporation and presented blue- <br />prints of the Sherland Building, prepared by.W. S. Moore and Chas. W. Cole, Civil <br />Engineers, showing the front of the Sherland Building to be exactly on the east line <br />
