<br />The Board first examined and approved Revised Plat of Broadmoor Third Section,
<br />;submitted by Clyde E. Williams and Associates, and bearing the approval of the Board
<br />{+ .of Park Commissioners and the City Plan Commission.
<br />The Board then examined and approved Street Improvement Plans for Catherwood Drive
<br />Oakdale Drive, Ireland Road, Station 10+25 26 to Station 14f00, Ireland Road Station
<br />14+00 to East line of Broadmoor, and Bruokton Drive. The Board also approved Sewer
<br />• ,!Construction Plans Brooktoij Drive and easement on lots 235, 236, 251 and 252, Oakdale
<br />;Drive, Ireland Road, two;tzections, and Catherwood Drive, all in Broadmoor.

<br />Attorney Dan Morgan and his client, Frederick Milewski, the Board next conducted a
<br />;;hearing relative to the suspended taxi -driver's license, Attorney Morgan stressing the
<br />cause for his client's disorderly conduct as that of his having been under the influence
<br />!!of intoxicant. Attorney Morgan also stressed the absence of any history of physical or
<br />;mental distubbance of any nature whatsoever, and his client's prompt release after
<br />;;examination by Dr. Burroughs. Asset. City Attorney, R. J. DuComb, being present, the
<br />,Board thereupon, advised Attorney Morgan, the matter would be taken up in executive
<br />;!session and the Boardts decision rendered thereafter.
<br />It was the decision of the Board to sustain suspension of license, with a view to
<br />,considering a new application for taxicab driverts license from Frederick Milewski at
<br />is later date, at which time the Board will require Mr. Milewski to submit to a compre-
<br />�'hensive physical examination, including a psychiatric examination, and in the event
