303 • • 0 SPECIAL MEETING February 23, 1955 j A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held at 1:15 P. M. C.S.T., in the office of the Board, to take action in the matter of bids received for aerial i survey. I. A. Hurwich was absent. Mr. Robert L. Huff, Director of the City Planning Commission, being present, sub- mitting to the Board evaluation :of' the proposals received. Based upon the evaluation and the recommendation of Mr. Huff, contract was awarded to Clark Aerial Survey Corporation, 45075 North Territorial Road, Plymouth, Michigan, in the sum of $4253.05, on the condition that Clark Aerial Survey Corporation posts a performance bond in the amount of 100% of their bid, and upon the ratification of contract by the Common Council of the City of South Bend. It was further stipulated that survey is to be made using 12-inch f.l. camera. There adjourned. being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was Attest• Clerk February 28, 1955 A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, February 28, 1955, at 10:00 A. M. Mr. I. A. Hurwich was absent. Minutes of the previous regular meeting .and also special meeting were read and approved.
