241 <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was held in accordance with legal <br />notice of hearings on Tuesday evening,September 28, 1954, at 7:30 P. 'Di. C.S.T. relative <br />�to the following Improvement Resolutions: <br />1, RESOLUTION NO. 2791 - Improvement on Dundee Street from the center line of <br />Jefferson Street to the alley north of Western Avenue <br />by constructing a local sewer. <br />• ! RESOLUTION NO. 2796 - Improvement on Donald Street from the west line of <br />i� Chapin Street to the east line of Kemble Avenue, by. <br />constructing a Class "C" Pavement. <br />RESOLUTION No. 2797 - Improvement on alley between Michigan Street and Main <br />Street from the north line of Madison Street to the <br />south line of Marion Street by constructing a Class "C1t <br />Type 1, Pavement. <br />Member of the Board I. A. Hurwich was absent. Meeting was opened by Chairman <br />of the Board R. S. Andrysiak, by introduction of the Board Members, and Richard B. <br />• IiGartner, of Wilbur H. Gartner & Associates Engineers. <br />The Chairman then proceeded to explain in detail the financing p p g procedure and <br />lthe procedure of petitioning for and remonstrating against public improvements, following <br />!!which he announced the front foot estimated cost, pointing out to the assembled home- <br />`t owners that this estimate represents maximum cost and thht competitive bidding w11, <br />all probability, lower the figure quoted. <br />Ij The meeting was then opened for informal discussion and examination of blueprints. <br />I! <br />I There being no other matters for consideration at this time, the meeting adjourned. <br />i <br />• �I <br />r <br />�J <br />• <br />0 <br />0 <br />October 4, 1954 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday$ October 4, 1954, <br />' 'at 10:00 A.
