YIELD -RIGHT-OF-WAY sign on both sides <br />of Northwood Boulevard at Corby Boulevard. <br />An excavation Bond, in the sum of $5,000.00, binding Zook Realty Company of South <br />Bend, Ind. as principal, and Secured Insurance Company as surety, was examined and <br />approved. <br />Contractorts Bonds, each in the sum of $1,000.00, were examined and approved for <br />the following four contractors: <br />Ernest Brambert <br />Colpaert Realty Corporation <br />Constructioneers, Inc. <br />Zook Realty of South Bend, Inc. <br />STREET DEPARTPI'NT: <br />Street Commissioner, H. M. Tomlinson, being present, reported in the matter of <br />the points brought up in petition of complaint, dated August 30, 1954, pertaining to a <br />hazard for children existing due to lack of fencing at gravel pit and other unsatis- <br />factory neighborhood conditions for which the petitioners blame the South Bend Sand <br />& Gravel Company. Commissioner Tomlinson informs the Board that fencing has been <br />restored and the operations of the pit and all operations conducted by this concern are <br />now complying in every way with all statutory requirements. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 12:20 noon. <br />I <br />i <br />Attest:-- �� <br />
