<br />jof Lottie Standford and nine others for the improvement on DUNDEE STREET, from the center
<br />!;!line of Jefferson Street to the center line of the alley north of Western Avenue.
<br />The above petition was examined by the Board and referred to the City Engineer for
<br />ilrecommendation. The City Engineer being present, made the recommendation that the
<br />;':petition be granted. The Board then directed the firm of Wilbur H. Gartner & Associates
<br />!!prepare general details, drawings, specifications and preliminary improvement resolution
<br />:;for the local sewer improvement to be constructed and the firm was so notified.

<br />Wilbur H. Gartner & Associates, Civil Engineers, reported to the Board Profiles,
<br />'Drawings, Plans, General. Details, Specifications, Estimates and preliminary Improvement
<br />!;Resolution for the improvement of DUNDEE STREET from the center line of Jefferson Street
<br />!to the center line of the alley north of Western Avenue by constructing a local sewer.
<br />The Board approved the reports and passed Improvement Resolution No. 2791, authoriz-'
<br />.:ing this public improvement, and the 28th day.of September, 1954, at the hour of 7:30 P.M
<br />`CST is hereby fixed as the time, and the office of the Board in said City as the place,
<br />when and where all persons whose property may be affected by such proposed improvement,
<br />may be heard as to the necessity for same, and all petitions and remonstrances received 11
<br />and the Board will, on said day, decide whether the benefits accruing to'abutting and
<br />!,adjacent property, and to the City of South Bend, Indiana will be equal to or exceed the

<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
<br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and the Clerk of the Board of
<br />Public Works and Safety having proofs of publication of the notices to property owners
<br />and the same having been found sufficient, therefore
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />!Indiana, that the Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the
<br />20th day of August, 1954, for the improvement of NORTH IOWA STREET by constructing a loca:
<br />;sewer be and the same is in all things confirmed.
