Madison northeast corner, at Ironwood Drive <br />• <br />The Board next examined and approved the three year Maintenance Bond of the Reed <br />Construction Company, Mishawaka, Indiana for the maintenance of Class B. Type 3 pavement <br />on Woodvale Drive (Broadmoor Addition) from Byron Drive to a point 887.3 feet South. <br />Certificate of insurance inforce for the Niles Excavating Company, furnished by <br />the Travelers Insurance Company, under date of August 3, 1954 was next examined and <br />ordered filed. <br />ExcavAtion Bond in the sum of $1,000.00 for the Reed Construction Company, Mishawaka, <br />,Indiana, was examined and approved by the Board. <br />• Contractor's Bond,in the sum of 1,000.00, binding Paul E.
