217 <br />0 <br />II <br />The Board approved the following S-T-O-P and YIELD RIGHT OF WAY signs: <br />STOP Signs on both sides of Dunham at Falcon Street <br />STOP Sign on northwest corner. of Liberty at Jefferson <br />STOP Sign on southwest corner of Madison at Ironwood Drive <br />YIELD RIGHT OF WAY Sign on southeast corner on Liberty at Jefferson <br />YIELD RIGHT OF WAY SIGN on Madison northeast corner, at Ironwood Drive <br />The Board next examined and approved the three year Maintenance Bond of the Reed <br />Construction Company, Mishawaka, Indiana for the maintenance of Class B, Type 3 pavement <br />,,on Woodvale Drive (Broadmoor Addition) from Byron Drive to a point 887.3 feet South. <br />Certificate of insurance inforce for the Niles Excavating Company, furnished by <br />the Travelers Insurance Company, under date of August 3, 1954 was next examined and <br />!'ordered filed. <br />ExcavAtion Bond in the sum of $1,000.00 for the Reed Construction Company, Mishawaka, <br />..Indiana, was examined and approved by the Board. <br />Contractorls Bond,in the sum of 1,000.00, binding Paul E. Millington, as principal, <br />and Manufacturers Casualty Insurance. Company, as sureties, was examined and approved by <br />the Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at <br />11:25 A. M. <br />� �- <br />Attest: <br />Clerk <br />August 16, 1954 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, August 16, 19541 at <br />10:00 A. M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and <br />approved. Claims of the following suppliers, in the total amount of $4389.73, were <br />approved and ordered paid: <br />Thos.
