<br />RESOLUTION.NO. 2788 - 1954
<br />For the improvement of DUNHAM STREET from the west line of Olive Street to the
<br />.least line of Kaley Street by constructing a Class C pavement, under Improvement Resolution
<br />• !No. 2788, adopted July 6, 1954, and first confirmed on August 2n� 1954-
<br />No.written remonstrance or remonstrances against said improvement bearing the
<br />signatures of fifty-nne percent or more of the resident property owners on said street
<br />to be improved, having been filed within the ten day period following the date and time
<br />of the hearing on said improvement, therefore
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolution No. 2788, 1954, duly adopted by this Board on
<br />July 6, 1954, and first confirmed on August 2nd, 1954, be and the same is in all things
<br />;finally confirmed and the improvement is hereby ordered made.
