Parade is to form on Madison Street at Michigan Street, and is to pro- <br />ceed south to Jefferson, and thence via Jefferson and Eddy Street to School Field. i <br />' Permission was ranted b the Board. i! <br />r g Y i; <br />The Board then approved plan of sewer improvement for MacArthur Avenue, from center] <br />line of Chimes Boulevard to center line of Pyle Avenue and Pyle Avenue from center line 1i <br />of MacArthur Avenue to center line of Rockne Drive, as submitted by Wilbur H. Gartner <br />& Associates. <br />A letter, and petition of James R. Rasmussen, pertaining to a proposed vacation of <br />certain footage adjoining Lot 19, William Miller's Addition, was next examined and <br />referred by the Board, to the City Plan Commission for investigation and report. <br />iis <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2750 - 1953 <br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and the Clerk of the Board <br />of Public Works and Safety having proofs of publication of the notices to property <br />owners and the same having been found sufficient, therefore • <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that the Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll,adopted by the Board on the I) <br />21st day of September 1953, for the improvement of SOUTH CHICAGO STREET by constructing I, <br />a Class C cement concrete pavement be and the same is in all things confirmed. <br />R.
