31 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />11 <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2754 - 1953 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and <br />the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of STREET ARID UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE RECORDED <br />PLAT OF BELLEVILIE UNIT "D", AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, EXCEPTING SUCH PORTIONS <br />OF SAMPLE STREET AND MAYFLOWER ROAD AS MAY LIE WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID FIAT under Vacation <br />Resolution No. 2754. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were <br />filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, <br />land the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and <br />;damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decided to take final action on said <br />lassessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and <br />'the proceedings closed, and the streets and utility easements vacated upon receipt of the amount of <br />'benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all proceedings had with reference <br />Ito said streets and easements vacation are hereby sustained. <br />i GRAVEL BID FOR TIE STREET DEPARTMENT <br />The Bid. of C.
