31 • • • • • 11 VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2754 - 1953 This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of STREET ARID UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE RECORDED PLAT OF BELLEVILIE UNIT "D", AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, EXCEPTING SUCH PORTIONS OF SAMPLE STREET AND MAYFLOWER ROAD AS MAY LIE WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID FIAT under Vacation Resolution No. 2754. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, land the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and ;damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decided to take final action on said lassessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and 'the proceedings closed, and the streets and utility easements vacated upon receipt of the amount of 'benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all proceedings had with reference Ito said streets and easements vacation are hereby sustained. i GRAVEL BID FOR TIE STREET DEPARTMENT The Bid. of C.
