22 <br />of Sample Street for all east and west travel whenever possible. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2755 1953 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the <br />award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of THE TEN <br />FOOT 'WALK AREA BET11TEEN AND ALONG THE ENTIRE DEPTH OF LOTS NOS. 18 and. 49 IN THE RECORDED <br />PLAT OF SWANSON PARK FOURTH ADDITION IN SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, under Vacation Resolution <br />No. 2755• <br />In the above -named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of <br />notices -and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several <br />lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said <br />roll.
