S. Moore, Engineer, for the survey of the site for the proposed sewage disposal
plant. Proposal was made on an hourly
basis with the guarantee that total cost
of
survey would not exceed $600.00. It was pointed out to Mrs.
Dubala
that before the alley could be vacated,
it would be necessary that all owners of
abutting
property must be in agreement and sign
the petition to vacate. It was also pointed
out
to Mrs. Dubala that she presently has access to and control of one-half of this
dedi-
cated alley.
A drawing prepared by Wilbur H. Gartner & Associates, covering grade, curb
and
sidewalk improvements for Tuxedo Drive
from the north line of Washington Avenue
to the
south line of McKinley Avenue, was next
examined and approved by the Board.
CLAYTON DRIVE -
STREET DEDICATION
1
• Clayton Drive, as shown on the accompanying
map, is laid out upon the following
described tract of land, to -wit:
Part of the Northwest quarter (4)
of Section Thirty (30).
