SPECIAL MEETING I February 11, 1953 i A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was held at 11:15 A. M. Wednesday, February 11, 1953• All members were present. The Board examined the two bids, to supply the Street Department with one 22 Ton Truck,received Monday, February 9th. Both bids were rejected, and the Clerk of the Board was directed to re -advertise for bids to be opened February 24, 1953• The meeting adjourned at 11:45 A. M. Attest*�' Clerk February 16, 1953 A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, February 16, 1953 at 10:00 A. M. All members were present. IVinutes of the previous regular meeting and also the Special Meeting were read and approved. Mr. Moomaw contended that the rezoning of the area should be done after, instead of before, the vacating procedure has been completed. The topic was given some dis- cussion and it was the decision of the Board to rescind the action taken in this matter at the regular meeting of February 9, 10,53, and proceed upon the recommendations of Mr, hTo omaw . Next appeared before the Board, Mr. Donald Erick, representing the Screw Products Corporation.
