The Board advised Mrs. <br />Baldoni the matter will have immediate attention, and settlement, which involves also <br />the contractor, will be expedited in any way possible. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: ; +. <br />Grade, curb, walk and pavement plans, submitted by Place & Company, Inc., -for the <br />following locations in McKinley Terrace, Section "A", were examined and approved by <br />the Board: <br />Brighton Place Brool•hurst Place <br />Corby Street Patterson Drive <br />Sorin Street Nhitehall Drive <br />The Board examined and approved plan for grade and pavement, submitted by Place <br />and Company, Inc., for Hickory Road, I:TcKinley Terrace Section "A". • <br />:A. representative of the Permutit Water Softeners, 525 Lincolnway West, then appeared <br />before the Board and presented plans for the Board's examination showing an overhang <br />in the proposed construction at this address, and asking permission to allow this over- <br />hang. Inasmuch as this building is not located on a corner, and no hazard being apparen, M <br />the Board thereupon granted their approval. �' <br />TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT: <br />Ernest H. Miller, Traffic Engineer, being present, presented the report of Wm. J. <br />Stogdill, PA.D., indicating the need for continued treat-,ient for Devite Nelund, under <br />the care of Dr. Robert Denham, for back injury received as a municipal employee in • <br />the year 1951. Report was ordered placed on file. <br />
