53 The revised Agreement for the leasing of waste containers,to the City of South Bend 1= by Publix Advertising Company of Indianapolis, was next examined, found to `be in order and was, accordingly approved by the Board and signed. Claims of the Barney Massa Construction Company, Inc., in final settlement of Contract 3-B, South Bend, Indiana Intercepting Sewer, bearing recommendation of acceptant( from the engineering firm of Consoer, Townsend and Associates, was next examined by the I • Board and final action in the matter deferred until the next regular meeting of the Board,; The Board next examined the Agreement .between the City of South Bend and the New York Central Railroad Company, pertaining to the 66-foot strip of Railroad right-of-way to be used for street purposes at the intersection of Olive and Sample Streets.
