9 It was agreed that the situation presents a definite contingency, and funds being available for such purpose, the Board authorized the necessary heating and directed the Clerk to proceed to advertise for bids for its installation. 1 Mr. Tomlinson next mentioned his need for anew tar kettle and accessories in connection with the program of sealing concrete streets, which he expects soon to get underway.
