<br />For the improvement of HUMBOLDT STREET from the west line of Fremont Street to the
<br />west line of alley west of Meade Street by constructing a Class C-Pavement under
<br />Improvement Resolution No. 2725, 1952, adopted July 7, 1952, and first confirmed on
<br />August 4, 1952
<br />No written remonstrance or remonstrances against said improvement bearing the
<br />signatures of fifty-one (51) per cent or more of the resident property owners on said
<br />street to be improved, having been filed within the ten (10) day period following the
<br />date and time of the hearing on said improvement, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolution No. 2725, 1952, duly adopted by thisBoard on
<br />July 7, 1952, and first confirmed on August , 1952, be and the same is in' all things
<br />finally confirmed and the improvement is hereby ordered made.

<br />Indiana, that the Primary or Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the
<br />14th day of July, 1952, for the improvement of WALL STREET LOCAL SEWER be and the same
<br />is in all things confirmed.
