a FINAL ORDER No. 2719 - 1952 South Bend, Indiana July 28, 1952 Whereas, the Board of Public Works, did on the 21st day of Jvly, 1952, adopt a Preliminary Order designating Class C Cement -Concrete as the kind of Pavement for the improvement of ALLEY BE Tj7EEN ADAMS STREET AND COLLEGE STREET from the north line of Humboldt Street to the east and west alley north of Humboldt Street in accordance with improvement Resolution No. 2719, 1952, passed by this Board on May 12, 1952, and . confirmed by this Board on June 16, 1952• BE IT RESOLVED, That the Preliminary Order is hereby, in all things confirmed � and said street ordered paved with a Class C Cement Concrete. Attest: Clerk SPECIAL MEETING July 312 1952 l� A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was held in accordance with legal l notice of hearings on Thursday evening, July 312 1952 at 6:30 P.M. CST, relative to the following Improvement Resolutions: Resolution No. 2721 - Improvement of THIRTY-FIRST STREET from Pleasant Street to Northside Boulevard by constructing a permanent type pavement. Resolution No. 2722 - Improvement of WASHINGTON AVENUE from Ironwood Drive to East curb line of Tuxedo Street, by constructing a Class "C" Pavement. Resolution No. 2723 - Improvement of WILSON STREET from Ironwood Drive to west property line of Tuxedo Street, by constructing a Class "C" pavement. • Resolution No. 2724 - Improvement of CHALFANT STREET from Walsh Street to Jacob ! Street by constructing a Class "C" pavement. Resolution No. 2725 - Improvement of HUMBOLDT STREET from Fremont Street to alley West of Meade Street, by constructing a Class "C" pavement. Resolution No. 2726 - Improvement of FIRST ALLEY WEST OF MICHIGAN STREET from Donald Street to Ewing Avenue, by constructing a Class "C" pavement. Members present were _ _ a R. S.
