Gartner & Associates for tabulation and report; the awarding of the contract to be held in abeyance pending this report. ENGINEERiS CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IMIPROVETVENT RESOLUTION NO. 2702- 1952 Certificate of Completion was furnished by the civil engineer, Wilbur H. Gartner, accompanied by Contractorts Completion Affidavit of the contract between the City of South Bend, Owner, and the Reed Construction Company, Contractor, for the construction of the pavement improvement on ILLINOIS STREET, from the north line of Western Avenue to the south line of Washington Street under Improverrent Resolution No. 2702-1952 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project, was examined by the Board and ordered filed. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTI1.1ATE NO. 2709 - 1952 BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final Estimate, and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on the 28th day of July, 1952, as described in Improvement Resolution io. 2702-1952, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on nJlarch 31, 1952, and confirmed by said Board on May 5, 1952, be and the same is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvement, as required by ID Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning T,,unicipal Corpprations" approved Plarch 6, 1905. Andrysiak, City Engineer, filed primary assessment roll showing the award of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of vacation ofEast Washington Avenue from the East line of Tuxedo Drive East a distance of one -hundred -thirty (1301) feet, under vacation resolution No.2729. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in the City Hall at 10:00 A. T,'. DST on the 25th day of August for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation, and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publishing sane on the lst day oi' Aug. and the 8th day of August, and the 15th day of August, 1952 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News.
