<br />Whereas, the Board of Public Works, did on the 26th day of May, 1952, adopt a
<br />reliminary Order designating Class C - Type 1 - Cement Concrete as the kind of Pavement
<br />or the improvement of ILLINOIS STREET from the north line of Western Avenue to the south
<br />ine of Washington Street, in accordance -with Imr-povement Resolution No. 2702, 1952,
<br />assed by this Board on March 31, 1952, and confirmed by this Board on May 9, 19529 AND
<br />The ALLEYS BETWEEN DONALD STREET, FOX STREET, DALE AVENUE A1TD MIAMJII STREET in
<br />,1cordance with Improvement Resolution No. 2703 AND
<br />KLINGER STREET from the east line of Michigan Street to the west line of Charles
<br />Street in accordance with Improvement Resolution No. 2709, 1952, passed by this Board
<br />on March 31, 1952 and confirmed by this Board on May 9, 1952.
<br />Be It Resolved, that the Preliminary Order is hereby, in all things confirmed and
<br />said streets ordered paved with a Class C - Type 1-Cement Concrete Pavement.

<br />Whereas the Board of Public Works, did on the 26th day of May, 1952, adopt a Pre-

<br />s the kind of Pavement for the improvement of KENMORE Street, from the south line of
<br />estern Avenue'to the north line of Ford Street in accordance with Improvement Resolution
<br />o.:2715, 1952, passed by this Board on March 31, 1952, and confirmed by this Board on
<br />ay 9, 1952.
<br />Whereas,"80% and more of the resident property owners on said KENMORE Street on or
<br />efore May 31, 1952 did request in writing that said KENMORE Street be paved with a
<br />lass C Type 1 Cement Concrete Pavement.
<br />BE IT'RESOLVED, That The Preliminary Order is hereby rescinded and said street
<br />rdered paved with a Class C Type 1 Cement Concrete Pavement.
