P- <br />400 <br />in Lincoln Manor 2nd Addition, were, examined and approved by the Board, and date of <br />hearing set for March 12, 1952, in the office of the Board at the City Hall, at <br />7:30 P. M. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION No. 2706 <br />Plans and specification for a local sewer on Wall Street were examined by the <br />Board and approved. The date for public hearing was set for March 12, 1952, in the <br />Office of the Board, at 7:30 P.M. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2707 <br />Plans and specifications.for a local sewer on Gertrude Street were examined and <br />approved by the Board. The date for public hearing was set for March 12, 1952 in <br />he. office of the Board at 7:30 P.M. <br />VACATION RESOLUTIONS NOS.2699, 2701,2710 <br />Hearings advertised on the Vacation Resolutions Nos. 2699, 2701 and 2710, for <br />this date are continued to March 3, 1952. <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: <br />'Harry M. Tomlinson, Street Commissioner, was present and the topic of the rank weed <br />growth in vacant lots to be anticipated, particularly corner lots where a traffic <br />hazard is created, was given some discussion from the angle of how to cope with this <br />problem. <br />The Contractor's Bond of William Kerestury, 307 N. Birdsell St., South Bend, Indiana,'; <br />with the required power of attorney attached, was examined and approved by the Board. <br />A letter, bearing no date, signed by Messrs. Vogel, Bognar, and Wentland, of the <br />River Park Business P-en's Association, referred to the Board by Councilman, Walter Glass,i <br />was read and ordered placed on file. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned <br />at 12:00 noon. <br />ATTEST: �f <br />Clerk.
