<br />j This Board now fixes the 10th day of March, 1952, at 10:00 otclock (Central Standard
<br />Time) in the forenoon, as the time at which said contract will be finally considered,
<br />at the office of this Board in the City Hall, 214 North Main Street, South Bend, Indiana
<br />At said time and place, a public hearing.will be had at which any taxpayer may appear
<br />and file protest against any or all of the provisions of said contract.
<br />IT IS ORDERED that Northern Indiana Transit, Inc. shall, at its own expense, cause
<br />the full and complete text of said contract to be published one time at least one
<br />• j week before such hearing, with the time and place of such.hearing, in the South Bend
<br />I Tribune, a daily newspaper, and the Tri-County News, a weekly newspaper (there being
<br />jonly one daily newspaper published in the City of South Bend), each of said newspapers
<br />being printed in the English language in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County,
<br />Indiana.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that Northern Indiana Transit, Inc., shall likewise post
<br />a copy of such contract and notice in ten public places in the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana.

<br />The matter of a dedication of a portion of Lot G-1 of Forest Hill Addition as a
<br />part of Farneman Avenue, and a portion of said Lot G-1 as a part of the east and west
<br />alley between Donmoyer Avenue and Farneman Avenue was again considered by the Board.
<br />It was decided that the matter should be transacted in the form of Quit Claim Deed,
<br />and the preparation for the transfer of title will be handled by the offices of the
<br />City Engineer and City Attorney.
