<br />S TREE T DEPARTMENT:
<br />Harry Tomlinson, Street Commissioner, was present and reported to the Board that the
<br />asphalt plant is now ready to operate.
<br />Mr. Floyd Searer, representing C. Harry Swanson, Inc., was present and presented a
<br />replat of Tuxedo Park Subdivision, which has been examined and approved by the Planning
<br />Commission. The Board approved the replat and directed the Clerk to send the replat to
<br />Phe Cga�.ty Recorderts Office for recording. Recorded in County Reeorderts Office Book 18
<br />age. ,
<br />At 11:00 otclock, this being the time set in the advertisement for bids, the Board
<br />proceeded to open bids submitted for the supplying of Street Department materials. The
<br />bids of the following were found to be in order with non -collusion affidavits properly
<br />executed and certified checks or satisfactory bidderts bond accompanying bid.
