The lay -out of Tuxedo Park Subdivision was shown and detailed explanation of plans outlined to the Board by Mr. Searer. Vacation Resolution No. 2701 This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works for the vacation --of - 1. East Washington Avenue from a point 130 feet East of the East line of Tuxedo Drive. East a distance of 458 feet to the West line of Twenty -Sixth Street as laid out and dedicated in the recorded Plat of Tuxedo Park Second Subdivision of lots in Jefferson Heights Addition to the City of South Bend. 2. Twenty -Sixth Street as laid out and dedicated in the recorded plats of Tuxedo Park First and Second Subdivisions of lots in Jefferson Heights Addition to the City of South Bend from the North line of Marhsall Street North a distance of 1300.5 feet to the South line of Colfax Avenue excepting therefrom the intersection of Wilson Street. I' 3. Twenty -Fifth Street from the North line of Washington Avenue North a distance of 410 feet to the South line of Colfax Avenue. i 4.
