<br />PARKING LOTS: A letter was received from the Paul W. Sigrist Furniture Company, Inc.,
<br />i-ndicating a change of rates for parking lot No. 31 located at Monroe and Main Streets,
<br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: A letter was received from Consoer, Townsend and Associates
<br />relative to the bi s submitted by Barney Massa Construction Company for construction of
<br />the 96 inch sewer. The Board approved Work Order #21 Contract 4A for Barney Massa Con-
<br />struction Company which included the construction of the Sherman Avenue sewer.
<br />DEDICATION
<br />WHEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and alleys indicated thereon is now pre-
<br />sented to the Board to be known as Riverview Subdivision an addition to South Bend, Ind-
<br />ana, and
<br />This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public Works and
<br />Safety in Row # , Drawer # , and recorded in Book # /fl , Page in in the Recorder Is
<br />office of St. Joseph County.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
<br />of South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public places dedicated to
<br />the public use in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for an on be-
<br />half of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />DEDICATION
<br />WHEREAS, A REPLAT with dedication of streets and alleys indicated thereon is now pre
<br />sented to the Board to be known as Replat of Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,58 and vacated alley in
<br />Perkin's Ewing Avenue Addition to South Bend, Indiana, and

<br />A letter was received from the City Plan Commission indicating that they do not recon
<br />mend the vacation of East Howard Street from Twyckenham�Drive to White Oak Drive, and the
<br />Board, therefore, denies the petition to vacate. The ark of the Board was directed to
<br />so notify the petitioners.
<br />A letter was received from the City Plan Commission indicating that they do not reco.
<br />mend the vacation of the alley north of South Bend Avenue from Turnock Street west 83
<br />feet. The Board, therefore, denies the petition and the Clerk of the Board was directed
<br />to so notify the petitioners.
