<br />NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON STREET IMPROVEMENT

<br />Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed, the
<br />general character of the Improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has
<br />been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows ILLINOIS STREET PAVEMENT
<br />from the south line of "Western Avenue to the north line of Huron Street.
<br />There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an Assessment
<br />Roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed wi
<br />the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City
<br />Controller.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in
<br />said City, will on the 12th day of November, 1951, at 10:00 o'clock AM -CST receive and
<br />hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on
<br />said roll and will determine the question.as to whether such lots, or tracts of land,
<br />have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or
<br />is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum. At which place and time
<br />all owners of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard.

<br />TAXI CABS: A letter was sent to Eugene Kovacs directing him to appear before the Board
<br />on Tuesday, November 13, 1951, to show cause why his taxi driver►s license should not be
<br />revoked.
