Nos, 2676 and 2663- 1951 <br />Department of Public Works and Safety; <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />September 24, 1951 <br />For the improvements of ST PETER STREET under Improvement Resolution No. 2676-1951 <br />adopted August 20, 1951, from the north line of South Bend Avenue to the south line of <br />Corky Street by constructing a Class "C" pavement, AND <br />HILL STREET under Improvement Resolution No. 2683-1951 adopted August 20, 1951, from the <br />north line of Corby Street tot he south line of Howard Street by constructing a Class <br />"C "R Pavement. <br />,After hearing all persons interested who appeared at the public hearing for said <br />improvement held on September 11, 19510 and having received a written remonstrances on <br />or before September 21, 1951, said date being the final day on which remonstrances may <br />be made against said improvements, and said written remonstrances bearing the signatures <br />of 51 per cent or more of the resident T operty owners on said street, who may be liable <br />for, assessment for said improvement, Therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that the Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2676 and 2683, 1951, duly passed by this <br />Board on August 20, 1951, for the above improvements, be and the same in all things <br />rescinded and the improvements are hereby ordered not made. <br />Freda G.
