<br />Improvement Res1lution h o. 2683, 1951, for the improvement.of.HILL STREET from the north
<br />line of Corby St., to the south line of Howard St., by constructing a,Class IV' pavement.!?.
<br />All work done in the making of said described public improvements shall be in accord-'
<br />,ante with the terms and conditions of Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2675, 2676, 2679, 2682
<br />and 2683, 1951, adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety on the named day, and the;;
<br />!profiles, drawings, plans, general details, specifications and estimates to be adopted
<br />by the Board of Public Works and Safety of such City, upon the final adoption of said
<br />resolutions and placed on file in the office of the Department of Engineering BE said
<br />City.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its Office in the City Hall on
<br />the llth day of September., 1951, at..the hour of 6:30 otclock PM -CST, for the purpose of
<br />hearing and considering all remonstrances, which may have been filed or which may be pre
<br />tented, and will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said pro-
<br />posed improvements, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property.,
<br />abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City, will be equal to or
<br />exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements as estimated by the City Civil
<br />Engineer.
