Noble, Clerk <br />NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON STREET IMPROVENE.NT <br />o. - -1 <br />South Bend, Indinn.a <br />August 10, 1951 <br />August 17, 1951 <br />Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been complztedi The <br />general character of the Improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has <br />been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: WEST ONE-HALF (112) OF <br />FELLOWS STREET from the south line of Sherwood Avenue to and including a part of James <br />Monroe School Property by constructing a Class "C" - Cememnt Concrete Pavement, Concrete <br />Curb and. Cement Sidewalk.! <br />There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment <br />roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject/ to be assessed <br />with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said <br />City Controller. <br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in <br />said City, will on the 20th day of August, 1951, at 10:00 otclock AM -CST receive and <br />hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on <br />said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, <br />have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, <br />or is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
