NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON STREET IMPROVEMENT No. 2;7-1750 South Bend, Indiana August 10, 1951 August 17, 1951 Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed. The general characterof the Improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: RUSH STREET PAVEMENT from • the south line of Dayton Street to the north line of Calvert Street. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City, an assessment roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed wit, the amountof the prima facia assessment, and car, be seen in the office of said City Con- it broller.2 0 is n • The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said City, will on the 20th day of August, 1951, at 10:00 otclock AM -CST receive and hea remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amountsnamed on said roll, or is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
