<br />Re: WEST ONE-HALF ( 2 ) of FELLOWS STREET PAVEMENT
<br />Resolution Number 2670-1951
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, hereby
<br />certifies as follows:
<br />That there is a contract, dated June 11, 1951, by and between the City of South Be.
<br />Indiana, and the Reed Construction Company, 1iishawaka, Indiana, for the construction by
<br />said Reed Construction_Company of a Class "C" Cement Concrete Pavement, Curb and side-
<br />walk on the i,,ie s t one-half ( 2 ) of Fellows Street from the south line of Sherwood Avenue
<br />to and including part of James Monroe School property, and that the final amount of the
<br />contract is $16,616.00.
<br />That said Reed Construction Company has completed the construction of said improve-
<br />ment according to the terms of said contract and that eighty-five (85) per cent of the
<br />final amount of said contract is $15,209-?3- That said contractors will be entitled to
<br />receive the said eighty-five (85) per cent or $15,209.73, either in cash or street im-
<br />provement bads to be hereinafter collected or issued by the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />in the manner provided by law. IN WITNESS 01=REOF, the Board of Public Works and Safety
<br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has issued this Certificate on this 30th day of
<br />July, 1951-
