A petition was received asking for the installation of a traffic signal at the in- tersection of Taylor Street and Lincolnway West. This was referred to the traffic engin1 ser for investigation. Mr. J. D. Martin appeared before the Board to confer with Ntr. Miller and the Board..: '. about traffic conditions on Louise Street. TAXI CABS: The decision of the Board of Public Works and Safety in the matter of an ap-•I plication for a taxi cab license by the United Cab Company was reached by the Board and 1 is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
