Gartner RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE j No. 2644-1950 � South Bend, Indiana July 2, 1951 i Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final Estimate, and Primary "Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 2nd day of July, 1951 on the improvement known as the ROBINSON STREET PAVEMENT as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2644-1950, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on August 14, 1950 and confirmed by said Board on September 5, 1950s be and the same is hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the . hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvement, as required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approved March 6, 1905. Noble, Clerk BOARD OF PUBLIC T RKSAND SAFETY NOTICE OF HEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 2644-1950 South Bend, Indiana Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed, The general character of the Improvement, the stf;eet, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: ROBINSON STREET from the south line of Lincoln Way East to the North line of Calvert Street by constructing a Class "C" Type 1 - Cement Concrete Pavement. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment roll with the names of the owners and description of property subjectcto be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City'Cont" roller. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said City, will on the 16th dey of July, 1951 at 10:00 otclock A.M. CST receive and hear re- monstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said j roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
