Notices of the change in route would be <br />i� posted in public places by Northern Indiana Transit. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: Contractor's bonds were approved and ordered fired for Lucian <br />A. Szymanski, John C. Gillstrap, Edmund L. Kolupa, Herron Murray, Tommy Thomas and <br />Earl J. Orrington, Jr., <br />An Excavation bond was. approved and ordered filed for Fred Spromberg. <br />f <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2678 <br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC VO RKSOF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is <br />desirable to vacate the following: <br />The alley West of Michigan Street and East of Main Street from the North line <br />of Navarre Street to the South Line of the first alley North of Navarre Street. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: <br />Lots numbered nine (9) to fifteen (15) inclusive, and nineteen (19) to twenty- <br />eight ( ) inclusive in Bartlett's First Addition. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 6th day of July tad on the 13th- <br />day of July, 1951 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the Weekly Mirror.
