<br />Notice is hereby given, that the follwwing street improvement has been completed. The
<br />general character of the improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has
<br />been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: ALBERT STREET from the south) •
<br />line of Ford Street to the north line of Sample Street with a Class "C" �"e 'l - Cement i
<br />Concrete pavement.

<br />There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment
<br />roll with the names of ,the owners and.description of property subject to be assessed with
<br />the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Con-
<br />troller.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said Ctty, at the office of the Board in said.
<br />City, will on the 25th day of June, 1951, at 9:00 o1clock AM -CST receive and hear remon-
<br />strances against the amounts assessed against their prolsrty respectively, on said roll ari
<br />will determine the question as to whether such lots or tracts of land, have been or will •
<br />be benefited by said improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greater or less
<br />than that named on said roll or in any sum. At which place and time all owners of sin h r
<br />real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard.

<br />Fellows Street to the west line.of the_ally_west of Erskine Blvd., in accordance with
<br />Improvement Resolution No. 2661, 1951, AND
<br />EDISON STREET from the south line of Ford Street to the north line of Sample Street in

<br />on April 9, 1951, and confirmed by this Board on May 7, 1951.

<br />Be It Resolved, That the Preliminary Orders are hereby, in all things confirmed and
<br />said streets ordered paved with Class "C" - Type 1 - Cement Concrete pavements.

<br />After due investigation of all bids and being duly advised on the premises, the Boar
<br />of Public Works and Safety decides that the bids of the Reed Construction Company for
<br />the construction of the improvements -known as ALLEY BETWEEN ALTGELD AND VICTORIA STREETS
<br />pavement improvement according to Improvement Resolution No. 2661, 1951 is the lowest
<br />and best bid and that the contract to do said work be awarded to the Reed Construction
<br />Company, said bid being as follows:
<br />Item 1-1 Class "C" Type 1 - Cement Concrete pavement @ 3.25per sq. yd. 1' •
<br />Item 2-1 Excavation @ 11-30 per cu. yd.
