Be It Resolved, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the Ctty of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolutions Nos. 26650 2666 and 26671 1951 duly passed by
<br />this Board on May 7, 1951 for the above improvements, be and the same are hereby in all
<br />things confirmed and the improvements are hereby ordered to be made.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Works and Safey of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that the profiles, drawings, plans, general details, specifications and estimate
<br />approved by this Board on the 7th day of May, 1951, for the improvement `of WILBER STREET
<br />from the north lineof Fassnacht Avenue to the southerly line of Laporte Avenue by constru t-
<br />ing a Class 110 pavement, AND -
<br />KENMORE STREET from the north line of Western Avenue to the south line of Linden Avenue
<br />by constructing a Class t'C" pavement, AND
<br />WELLINGTON STREET from the north line of Western Avenue to the south line of Linden Ave-
<br />uue by constructing a Class "C" pavement.
<br />Be and the same are hereby adopted and ordered placed on file in the office of the Depart
<br />ment of Engineering of this Board.
<br />June 25, 1951s at the hour of 10:00 o'clock AM -CST is hereby fixed as the time,
<br />and the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety in the City Hall of this City, as
<br />the place, when and where the Board of Public Works and Safety will open and consider
<br />bids for the above named improvements, provided all bids for the construction of said
<br />work shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Heard before 10:00 otcloek AM -CST
<br />of said day. Each bidder for said work shall enclose with his bid a certified check,
<br />payable to the Treasurer of this City in the sum of two and one-half (2-1) per cent of
<br />the amount of his bid, or a bid bond for two and one-half (2-2) per cent of the amount
<br />of his bid, to insure the execution of this contract, if said work is awarded to him.
<br />The clerk of this Board is hereby ordered to give notice by two (2) weekly.publica-
<br />tions of the time and place, -when and where bids will be received, opened and considered
<br />for the construction of said work.' Said Clerk shall state in said notices, that each
<br />bidder shall enclose with his bid a certfied check or bid bond for above named amount,
<br />to insure the execution of this oontract.

<br />Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana, on the 25th day of June, 1951, at the hour of 10:00 AM -CST at the
<br />office of the Board, in the City Hall, in said City, will open and consider sealed bids,
<br />and designate by preliminary order the kind of pavement to be used, for the following
<br />described street improvements, as provided for in Improvement Resolution No. 2665,/1951,
<br />duly passed by.said Board on May 7, 1951, and confirmed on June 4o 1951, to wit: 2666,2
<br />WILBER STREET from the north line of Fassnacht Avenue to the southerly line of Laporte
<br />Avenue by constructing a Class "C" pavement, AND
<br />KENMORE STREET from the north line of Western Avenue to the south line of Linden Avenue
<br />by constructing a Class "C" pavement, AND
<br />WELLINGTON STREET from the north line of Western Avenue to the south lineof Linden Ave-
<br />nue.by constructing a Class 110 pavement.
<br />Provided, all bids for the construction of said work, shall be filed in the office
