NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS Nos. 2665, 2666 & 2667 - 1951 To Whom It May Concern: South Bend, Indiana May 11, 1951 May 18, 1951 Notice is hereby given by the Board of 'Public VVorks and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that it is deemed necessary to make the following described public improve; ments in the City of South Bend, Indiana, authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolutions passed by said Board on the 7th.day of May, 1951; Improvement Resolution No. 2665, 1951 for the line of Fassnacht Avenue to the southerly line Improvement Resolution No. 2666, 1951 for the north line of Western Avenue to the south line improvement of WILBER STREET from the north of LaPorte Avenue, AND improvement of KENMORE STREET from the of Lirden Avenue, AND Improvement Resolution No. 2667, 1951 for the improvement of WELLINGTON STREET from the north line of 111,estern Avenue to the south line of Linden Aven-ge by constructing Class "C" pavements. All work done in the making of said.described public improvements shall be in accor dance with the terms and conditions of Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2665, 2666 and 2667, 1951, adopted by the Board of Public-ITVorks and Safety on the above named day, and the pro files, drawings, plans, general details, specifications and estimates to be adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety of such City, upon the final ddoption of said Resolu tions and placed on file in the office of the Department of -Engineering of said City. The Board of P,iblic Works and Safety will meet in its office in t he City Hall on the 31st day of May, 1951, at the hour of 6:30 o'clock P' M-CST for the purposeof hearing and considering all remonstrances, which may have been filed or which may be presented, and will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said proposed im- provements, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property, abutti and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City, will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and ap- proved.
