<br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in
<br />the City Hall at 10:00 a.m. C.S.T., on the 7th day of May, 1951, for the purpose of heart;
<br />ing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vaca-!
<br />tion, and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, together with the amount1`
<br />of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publish-'
<br />ing same on the 20th day of April and on the 27th day of April, 1951, in the South Bend r
<br />Daily tribune and the Weekly Record.
<br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Melton 0. Brannan, Street Commissioner-, was present and matters per-
<br />taining to his Department were discussed.

<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
<br />at 11:15 a.m.
