<br />TRAFFIC ENGINEERING: Ernest Miller, Traffic Engineer, was present and matters pertain-
<br />ing to his Department were discussed.
<br />The following stop signs were installed and approved by the board:
<br />On Wilbur Street at Vassar Avenue, both sides. This makes
<br />this intersection a 4-way stop.
<br />On -Humboldt at Blaine Avenue, both sides
<br />On Iowa At crumstown Avenue, southeast corner.
<br />Mr. Miller was granted permission to attend a Road School at Purdue University,
<br />March 28 and 29.
<br />,TAXI CABS: A petition was filed reo_uesting permission to move a taxi cab stand now lo-
<br />cated in the 200 block of West Jefferson Boulevard on the south side of the street in
<br />front of the Jefferson Hotel Coffee Shop to the northeast corner of Western Avenue and
<br />Lafayette Street on the north side of Western Avenue at the first meter east of Lafayett
<br />Street by Patrick Brennan, Attorney for the Yellow Cab Company. This petition was refer
<br />red to Mr. Miller for investigation and report.
<br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: The Board approved plans for street improvements on Rockne Dri
<br />from Campeau to Cherry Tree Lane. Also, on Campeau Street from Rockne Drive to Bader
<br />Avenue.
<br />The Board approved plans for the installation of a 32 inch steam line under the
<br />sidewalk at 110-112-114 West Wayne Street to furnish steam heat to the buildings for
<br />Colip Brothers, Incorporated.

<br />Fannie C. Dugdale and Milo Dugdale for their remonstrance herein respectfully alleg4!:
<br />I 1. That Fannie C. Dugdale, as surviving widow, and Milo Dugdale, as surviving song
