Government Printing Office <br />11.07 SEWAGE DISPOSAL: <br />Consoer, Townsend & Associates <br />7.69 Consoer, Townsend & Associates <br />118.85 <br />16.24 <br />1.00 <br />375.00 <br />180.00 <br />TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT: Ernest Miller, Traffic Engineer, was present and matters pertaining <br />to his Department were discussed. <br />Mr. Miller informed the Board that Leo Benson an employee of the Traffic Engineering <br />Department fell from a ladder,while at 4ork,fracturing his right heel and ankle. <br />1ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: Excavation Bonds were approved and ordered filed for John R'. <br />�Rensberger;and, Slutzky Plumbing I- Heating Company, Inc.. <br />The S-L-A-B Ccnstruction Company filed a Performance Bond for the Door Remodeling at <br />No. 4 Fire Station. <br />DEDICATION <br />WHEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and alleys indicated thereon is now pre- <br />sented to the Board, to be known as Tveyckenham dills Section "E" ;_an.additiQi)� to South <br />Bend, Indiana, and <br />This plat and dedication is filed in the records cf the Board of Public VVcrks and <br />Safety in Row # , Drawer # , and recorded in Book '18, PageT , in the Recorder's <br />;Office of St. Joseph County. <br />NOT, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Beard of Public Works and Safety of the City <br />Hof South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alley and public places dedicated to the <br />;public use, in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on behalf <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Melton 0.
