<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety discussed the matter of safety precautions at thier
<br />regular meeting held on Monday, February 20, 1950.
<br />Pursuant to unanimous agreement of the Board, the Grand Trunk VIestern Railroad is hereby
<br />directed to erect short -arm automatic gates at the grade crossings in South Bend, at
<br />Logan Street and at Twenty-sixth Street.
