The Board approved plans for a pavement on Fellows Street from Chippewa Avenue to li Sherwood Avenue; sewer plans for a sewer on Sherwood Avenue from Fellows Street ll to St. Joll seph Street; for a sewer on Charles Street from Chippewa Avenue to Klinger Street; and, j for a sewer on St. Joseph Street from Chippewa Avenue to Klinger Street. s The Board approved plans for a curb cut for entrance into a parking lot on Chapin Street south of Western Avenue for the M.
