Gartner (Signed) RESOLUTIONS ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATES Nos. 2642 and 2646-1950 South Bend, Indiana I November 13, 1950 Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final Estimates, and Primary Assessment Rolls submitted to the Board by the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 13th day of N8 vember, 1950, on the improvements known as the GRANVIEW COURT PAVEMENT as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2642-1950, AND ALLEY BETWEEN MICHIGAN AND MAIN STREETS PAVE- MENT as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2646-1950, passed by the Board of Publicll� Works and Safety on August 14, 1950, and confirmed bys aid Board on September 5, 1950, be and the same are hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said improvements, as required by See -I! tion N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations" approv- ed March 6, 1905, I' Freda G. Bruggner BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY NOTICE OF NEARING SPECIAL BENEFITS ON STREET IMPROTEMENTS Nos. 2642 and 2646-1950 South Bend, Indiana November 17, 1950 November 24, 1950 Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvements have been completed, The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: No. 2642; GRANDVIEW COURT PAVEMENT from the west line of Cottage Grove Avenue to the east line of Harrison Avenue, AND No. 2646, ALLEY BETWEEN MICHIGAN AND MAIN` STREETS PAVEMIENT from the south line of Stull Street to the north line of Broadway. There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment ro with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can'be seen in the office of said City Control lei-. The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in said City, will on the 27th day of November, 1950 at 10:00 o'clock AM -CST receive and he remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said roll and will determine the question as to whether such`lots, or tracts of land, have be or will be benefited by said improvements to the amourts named on said roll, or is great or less than that named on said roll or in any sum.
