<br />Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that the final Estimates and Primary Assessments submitted to the Board by the
<br />City Civil Engineer or.his duly authorized representative on this 6th day of November,
<br />1950, on the improvements known as the ALLEYS BETWEEN SCOTT, TAYLOR, DDNALD AND CALVERT
<br />STREETS as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2634-1950,passed by the Board of Publ
<br />Works and Safety on June, 1950 and confirmed by said Board on July 10, 1950, AND
<br />KENDALL STREET PAVEMENT as described in Pmprovement Resolution No. 2638Q1950, passed by
<br />i the Board of Public Works and Safety on June 12, 1950, and confirmed by said Board on
<br />I July 10, 1950, AND
<br />KENDALL STREET PAVEMENT as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2652-1950, passed by
<br />the Board of Public Works and Safety on August. 14, 1950, and confirmed by said Board on
<br />i September 5, 1950, be and the same are hereby adopted, and the Clerk of this. Board is he
<br />by.requested to give.notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvements, as
<br />required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corpo
<br />rations" approved March 6, 1905.

<br />Notice is hereby given, that the following street improvements have been completed. The
<br />general character of the improvements, the street, alley or public place on which it has
<br />been made, and the terminal points thereof .are as follows: No. 2634, ALLEYS :BETWEEN
<br />SCOTT, TAY LOR, DONALD AND CALVERT STREETS PAVEMENT, AND

<br />No. 2638, KENDALL STREET PAVEMENT from the south line of Calvert Street to the north lin
<br />of Donald Street, AND
<br />No. z2652, KENDALL STREET PAVEMENT from the north line of Donald Street to the north line
<br />of Ewing Avenue.
<br />There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment
<br />roll vd th the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed wit
<br />the amountof the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Con-
<br />troller.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in sa
<br />City, will on the 20th day of November, 1950, at 10:00 otclock AM -CST receive and hear
<br />remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said
<br />I roll and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have be
<br />or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is greate
<br />. or less than that named on said roll or in any sum. At which place and time all owners
<br />of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard.

<br />ending November 4, 1950.
<br />CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining to
<br />his Department were discussed.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
<br />at 11:00 a.m.
